Ich habe fertig /ihazfinished

Allrighty, long time since my last update so here it comes.

That it took me that long to write something was mainly to a massive downer in August and i really don't feel like posting when shit hits teh fan.
From my last post u saw that July was quite mediocre and only due to some rungood in teh last week i managed to book 3k before rakeback for teh month. I thought thereafter thing can only get better but that was not exactly wat was happening, i fact it got way worse.
Before i continue here teh beauty of a garph:

Augustaments

I you can see i was able to drop 4.5k USD over teh course of teh month while my expected value was around zero. Put rakeback into teh whole equation and we have a zero dollar month. Obviously not something which amuses me given my lifestyle and teh resulting expenses. That being said there is not too much you can do about it besides continue grinding and not losing confidence. No matter how good somebody is these days and no matter how good teh games are he is playing this is eventually happening. It's just superstandard that you have those runbads every now and then.
I also was thinking alot about doing another SNE attempt next year maybe bc of that runbad and a guaranteed 10k in rakeback each month is a nice thing to even out variance. Anyways i came to teh conclusion that there are no games i will be profitable at where i can maintain some sort of social life in teh current ecosystem:

- i could grind 24tables 100+200 with good tableselection which will result in appr. 0.3VPP/hand and prolly a 2-3bb/100 winrate -> would mean i have to play over 3 mirrion hands a year, NO THANKS
- i could grind 200+ and cap my tables at 20 or something like that; prolly would avg about 0.4VPP/hand this way which is still 2.5mirrion hands a year and playing 20 tables midstakes (not that i even would get that many games going all teh time) is definitely not easy these days and alot of people will own u pretty hard
- i could switch to zoom but at 100 zoom which is mostly playable you get too few points and at 200 zoom there is only a very small timeframe of 4-5 hours during a day in which games are decent so no option either - at 500 zoom sne is a walk in teh park but games there are absolutely disgusting and i'm not planning to start aiming for breakeven poker in order to get teh black stars...

So all things considered there is just no "easy" way to do SNE so i will not pursue that thought any further...

Ok. Lets forget about stupid august and talk about september instead.
After every downswing there is an inevitable upswing coming (at least as long as u r still a winner on ur stakes and prolly even if you are not a winner anymoar.
I would be lying if those 8 weeks of badrun wouldn't have shattered my confidence a little bit so beginning this month i was still experimenting alot especially with 24tabling 100+200 which is pretty much teh long breakevenstretch in teh beginning:

Septembru

However i decided after a while that this is not teh answer to my questions and i just lose too much value in so many spots bc of 24tabling. The whole problem with 24tabling these days is that you just don't get teh value anymoar u got 3 years back. Back then you fired up 24 tables and teh vast majority of ur sets, flushes, Aces etc. will get paid so even if u lose some value bc u don't manage to bluff or valuebet thin it doesn't matter - in teh end you will print money consistently. However today where fish openfolding stuff like toptop once u raise teh turn it's quite obv that things have changed a little bit.
So i went back to playing less 100 and moar 200+ again and starting to cap my tables at around 15 which is working out fine so far. I get alot of good games, decent amount of hands per hour and still have time whether to bet a river in position or not where i would've just checked back playing 24 tables.
So after a while confidence came back that i even decided to mix in NL600 SH which i haven't played this year so far and i'm quite satisfied how it went til now. Feeling very good atm even at 400 tables and playing good poker so not much moar to ask for. Also managed to play 164k hands tis month which is prolly most i played this year in a single month. Disgusting though that this only equals 58k VPPs...
Furthermoar had one of my biggest 1k hands upswing sessions ever. If you don't play for a living teh numbers will not say too much but if you do u know tis was quite a sick run:

godrun

It also appears that games became alot better during teh last week which is prolly bc northern hemisphere summer is finally over and people start playing again instead of doing stuff outdoors.
Not sure how much playing i manage in october due too my move to Bali but we'll see wat happens.

But there moar important thing about poker so back to teh real life:

August was fairly meh basically bc if i run like shit at work i'm some sort of semidepressed all teh time thinking about lots of shit. I guess that's just one of teh minor disadvantages if you play for a living that u go from a state of depression to highly euphoric states all teh time where you are never really at zero like somebody who works a 9-5. But who wants to always be at zero anyways.
I still had alot of visitors over my last 2 months here that teh overall count of people who crashed at my place now is in teh 20s - speaking of i want to live alone for teh first time in ages haha. Still i had a great time with all those people but that being said i would handle things different in future and don't work for like one week each month and have moar people over at teh same time. In teh end it was just a bit too much and i was quite exausted especially in august. It's just a difference working if you are really on your own or if you have people around but i guess i learned my lesson.
While i was still out alot in august i managed to only go out 3times in september even though i planned to go out less but just wasn't able to skip teh closing parties. Last weekend i had my farewell for which we did a pubcrawl to teh Battle of Malta poker tournament party which was good fun. However i went home quite early wit a polish exit mainly due to teh fact that i woke up at 5am and started working that is was game over around 2:30am. Here a group picture of teh pubcrawl - not all participants are on teh picture, i think we were way over 20 in teh end:

pub crawling wit players and gaming industry people

Also got a farewell t-shirt from my former roomie for tis ocasion:

Another massive party to mention was teh champagne wars which took place in a massive villa close to teh nightlife area in Malta. Definitely a one of a kind event for maltese standards with lots of fun and champagne:

But enough about teh past and moar about teh future. My flight with destination Singapore/Bali starts tomoro at 9:25 and i'm sitting in a pretty much empty flat. Part of my stuff here is stored with a friend, my screens are sold and in one hour i will leave this one

Vette
with a dealer who will get it sold over teh next months. Definitely gonna be teh hardest good buy of all but in order to leave Malta for (hopefully) good i guess it was teh only way to get it done. Since alot of people asking me if i really never come back here once again my standard answer:I don't plan to spend as much time in Malta as before so i will not be living here teh majority of time during a year anymoar. That being said i always plan to visit in summer for a couple of weeks. I just have way too many good friends over here in order to not come back here every now and then. But since i'm turning 30 next year i have teh feeling that it's time for me to leave that little island behind and exchange it for a way bigger island and possibly a big city in future.
Regarding teh exact plan i fly to Munich tomoro morning and from then on it will be one of my favorite airlines aka Qatar which takes me to Singapore via Doha. I stay in Singapore for 2 days in a nice hotel in chinatown mainly to get my 6month visa for Bali sorted and while i'm there i plan to meet up with some fellow grinders from who might be able to show me around a bit friday evening. Saturday evening then my final flight takes place from Singapore to Bali where i meet with some other players who will be my roomates over teh next couple of weeks/months.
For teh start we sorted a 4bedroom villa in Seminyak for a week:

Villa for first week
During this week we want to search for some nice longterm villa for appr. 6 months. Given that we want to stay that long i'm not really keen to book something over teh net bc i want to see teh place (some villas are pretty run down there) and i need to check what internet we getting in teh place bc it highly differs even from one street to teh next. Already lined up some appointments and planning to meet some agents once we are there as well so i have no doubt we will end up with something nice. I hope though that one week is enough to find something but even if not you prolly can just longer teh villa above for a couple of days or move once again.
So this 6 months Bali are pretty fix and i'm prolly staying there even over christmas which will result in teh first christmas without family.
Thereafter really nothing is set in stone yet. For now i plan to go to Singapore mid april and see if i like it. It seems like a sick city which could work for me but teh big downside is that it's borderline expensive, especially renting is out of tis world with 1bedroom condos starting at 3.5kUSD in city center.
Thereafter i want to have a look at Bangkok which is ridiculously cheap compared to Singa and then make a decision where to stay for a while. Quite sure i will stay in Asia for at least one or two years but once again u never know wat happens. Also heard that spanish market might open up in future so one ibiza summer would be worth considering then and in teh back of my head is still Dubai but they first have to allow gambling which might take while so far now it is Asia.

Next update very likely to come a bit earlier, prolly once we found longterm villa in Bali.

That's it for now, see you on teh other side!!!

Nasty July downswingaments...

Just sitting on a plane to berlin where i will attend a wedding of a good friend from my study days and as usual during flights i'm bored as shit. Good thing is that july is over and i have teh possibilty to write a summary of july. 10Minutes ago i checked results for teh first time since end of june.
Well, i made 3kUS$ before rakeback in july and i'm feeling happy. If somebody wouldve told me before july i only make 3k i would've said fuck off, if somebody would've told me i end up with 3k after teh first 3 working days in july i would've snapped it.
Cannot remember i ever started into a month that horrific. Dropped 7k straight from teh start in 3 days which makes that one of my all time top 3 downers, possibly even no.1. Why was it that bad? Basically i was somewhat satisfied with my game but if you get in at least 20times BvB vs. Aces (and not a single time teh other way) even my account can not turn it around. Furthermoar i wasn't winning a single hand at NL400 and running crap all over teh place. Still interesting to see teh massive amount of variance involved in this game. Even after 5 years grinding for a living it sometimes makes my head shake in disbelieve.
Thankfully after those 3days teh worst part was over. Unfortunately i was still running quite bad which resulted in nearly another 100k hands of breakeven poker and believe me games were quite good. At least i wasn't dropping an average of 2.5k per day anymoar. So basically i had 4 fairly crappy weeks in july and one decent upswingy one which made me come back into teh black again. I basically made 10k from 5th of july which is not bad considering i was not running very well most of teh time. Probably rarely was that happy making 3k a month haha.

While running that bad i watched a dc-series focussing on what variance really is which was quite good and made me feel a little better. Most important lesson i learned i wasn't that aware of is that there isn't a "normal" run. You either run good or you run bad and you can classify this from very good to very bad and people who say they run normal at the moment most likely experience a small upswing. Also outcomes of alot of sessions are dependant on very very few keyhands so it makes no sense to focus on results EVER... All stuff u already know in general but still nice to hear it every now and then from another person and also see teh maths behind all of this.

In 2 hours i will arrive in Berlin and gonna check out teh new Mercedes CLA which i have as a rental for a couple of days before i return to Malta on wednesday. I also will give my parents a short visit once i'm in germany for teh first time this year. Gonna be good couple of days because some of my very best mates are situated in Berlin so i have some people to go out and talk bullshit with.
The hotel i'm running in Malta was also very busy in july so that i had 7 different guests during july. Fairly happy with teh 125k hands (appr. 160Hours works) i played if i think about how often i went out and had people around. One part is prolly that i started drinking less and alot moar water over teh course of teh nights while still take rehydration salts which resulted in having way less hangovers and i almost always was able to play teh next day after a night out.
Gym routine was also quite good that i managed to go 4 times a week for 3 weeks i think.
Now it's one moar month of visitors until it starts to get quieter in september.
In october i will be officially gone, already booked our shortterm villa in Seminyak, Bali 2days ago from which we will search for a longterm stay for 6 months on teh island of gods. Gonna be a bit harder to find something decent than i originally thought especially in that area bc most of accomodations and villas are shortterm and bc aussies seem to have way too much money. Nice 5-6bedroom villas get rented out for 1-2k USD PER DAY. Remember, this is Bali, a pack of smokes is 1$, you get meals for 2-3$ if you go to sidestreets, etc. Just fucking ridiculous. Anyways i'm quite sure we will manage to find something during teh first week, already in contact with alot of agents and one of those should be able to sort us out. Our budget is 7.5k a month so there has to be something something for that amount of money. So far we have 4 people confirmed until christmas and another one thinking about it. If you interested to stay for 1 or 2 months we currently still have spots available for january to march (and depending on wat kind of villa we find maybe from oct-dec as well) so if you want to join teh party u know whom to holla to.

Regarding Malta life i'm getting moar and moar bored so that i assume that this goodbye will be (moar or less) for good. Island and people will always be in my heart but i'm here for too long and need to try something new b4 i get stuck like many others... I mean Bali is pretty much confirmed 100% but thereafter i'm not sure wat to do yet. Prolly my midterm future will be somewhere in southeast asia so i'm currently looking into options. Dubai gonna be too risky regarding gambling laws that i will not take teh gamble and crossed it from my list. I'm now mainly looking into Singapore and Bangkok while Bangkok is in teh clear lead so far. Both sick cities but while i have to pay between 2-3kUSD a month for a semidecent 1bedroom apartment in Singapore i get a superluxurious 3-4bedroom subpenthouse right in teh center of BKK for teh same price. If i want to go cheap i even get very nice apartments for just 1k a month. Cost of living besides that is way way cheaper in BKK as well and if u net 6 figures a year you prolly belong to teh top 0.01% of teh city living like god in france. Another point in favour of BKK is that there are just so many other players already that it will be quite easy to connect and build a network right from teh start which should be significantly harder in Singapore. Alot of sick beaches are easily accessible by plane in teh matter of 1-2hours if you feel like getting out of teh city for some days... It's still a long time until april when a decision is overdue but when i think about it it makes me smile already and i'm looking forward to what is there to come :)

Yeah, that's teh news, not much else to write about. As being said went to a bunch of parties this month but all was pretty much same same without anything sticking out. Finally teh usual party shots and depending on how i run this month i gonna update a little earlier but when i run bad i don't really feel like writing about it which resulted in teh month wait.

Peaze out!

Off-Topic: How to get ripped and stay that way #6packguide

Since i'm getting at least 3 messages a week about wat do i eat, how do i train, wat do i have to do in order to get a 6pack etc. i thought it was time to write up a stickie and link people to tis post if those questions come up in future.

The good news is that it is actually quite easy to get ripped and 6packed if you a) know what to do and b) are diciplined enough to do it.

The bad news is it is literally impossible to get ripped if you a) don't know what to do and/or b) you are not diciplined enough.

So far so good. For my story i can say i was always facinated by fitnessmodels, ripped bodies, 6packs, etc. I started working out seriously when i was around 19 and at teh german forces bc i just couldn't take teh bs anymoar. I was seriously underweight and people picked on that whereever they could and i wasn't supersatisfied too so i thought i should change something. While my fellow comrades were drinking in teh evenings i was eating 6-7meals a day and hitting teh gym at least 3 times a week. I went from 68kg while being 1.87m to 83/84kg in maybe 10weeks, gaining alot of muscles and obv. alot of fat as well.
I was looking way healthier than before, could finally fill out some t-shirts, etc. Still there was no definition whatsoever, i had a solid body but was far away from a goalbody.
This should stay like that for many years unfortunately. Was weighing always around 80kgs back then, went to the gym at least 3times a week, etc. but not much changed.
After my army time was over i moved to another city for my studies and i tried to get that godamn 6pack for teh summer every fucking year without any success. I was working out like crazy, go running 45minutes every 2nd day, cut down alcohol at least a bit - sure, i was losing some kg's in teh process but teh 6pack never really showed up.

teh turning point
Teh turning point pretty much was when a girl i had something something with back in teh days commented under that picture something like "you always had a solid body but it's weird that you just cannot figure out to get a 6pack and get really ripped". Oh boy that comment got me hooked, i will show you darling, you just wait. In the moment reading this i was quite pissed bc that exact body seemed to be enough for her back in teh days but in retrospect i'm quite happy she wrote that and got me thinking.
Since i always had alot of luck in my life it wasn't much different that time so that i had a spare room in my student flat and a sports-student moved in with me. We both were working out alot, we did alot of cardio together and we liked to party. Win-Win. After 2weeks or something like that i told him that this should finally be teh summer i get ripped. I think it was teh year 2008 now. Teh guy was laughing hysterically when i told him i want to get ripped. I was like "dude, we working out 3 times a week, we go running 3 times a week, we don't even do party that much anymoar, why the fuck not???" "bc with your nutrition it is literally impossible to get ripped..." Boom, another turning point. Nutrition, huh?
He told me in order to get a 6pack i basically need to change my entire nutrition and cut my carbs intake by as much as possible. Back then i was eating shitloads of pasta and decent amount of pizza etc. I obviously didn't really believed a word he said bc i always thought i already had a somewhat decent nutrition and blamed everything on poor genetics but since i failed in reaching my goal for 4 consecutive years why not trying his method...
8weeks later you could see first signs of teh pack coming through, 12 weeks later i was literally ripped like shit.
This is 6weeks after cutting carbs out of my nutrition and after that turning point picture:

Those are about 3-4months after teh change of nutrition during my peak in summer 2008 while being 25ish (72-73kg iirc):

I want to clarify here that i have neither studied sports nor nutrition and i don't even think i eat extremly healthy but what i do works 100% of teh time if you apply it right aka are diciplined enough to roll with it for a couple of weeks/months.

You can split teh program into 3 parts, training, cardio and nutrition, once you reached your goal you might not even have to do cardio anymoar (i wasn't running a single time since i came to Malta in beginning of may and i'm still peaking while my body doesn't gain or lose any moar weight). In my opinion nutrition is significantly moar important than both other parts and if your nutrition is not sound you will not reach your goal while if your training or cardio might not be 100% you can still reach your goals if your nutrition is right. I would say training 20%, cardio 20%, nutrition 60%.

Training:
I don't do any magic here, obviously i always try to give 100%. Since ages i'm rolling with a 3split work out 3-4days a week, 8-9 exercises á 3 sets at 8-10 reps. I do 2 exercises for my abs every time i work out, in general those are crunches and this one where i don't have a clue wat teh english translation is:

Every now and then i mix it up wit teh prayer but that's about it. Regarding other exercises i try to do as many with free weights as possible bc i think it's moar effective but in general i do wat all others do as well...

Cardio:
When i cut down i go running every 2nd day for 40-45 mins with 120-150pulse. That's it. You can go swimming, you can go on a crosstrainer, it doesn't matter. I like running so that works out best for me. If i really go heavy i run as well for 15-20mins after my workouts but that's not really mandatory and probably will let you lose some muscles after a hard workout bc ur body is already sour...

Nutrition:
Here it comes, teh most important thing. Again, I'm not claiming this is healthy, i'm not claiming tis is easy, but i claim this is working 100% of teh time. I defined now basically every year from 82-85kg down to 71-74 in a couple of weeks for teh summer and it is ALWAYS working if you put in teh effort.

This is mid january in Melbourne with around 85kg (unfortunately or better thankfully i don't have shirtless pics from that time...):

This 10weeks later with around 74kg in Bali:

This is another 2-3weeks later in Malta with 72-73kg (goal reached):

Important here is also to mark that i started seriously going heavy from mid/end march ongoing so that it is basically possible to reach your goal in way less than 13 weeks...

Back to nutrition:
The most important thing is carbs or better as few carbs as possible which basically means:
- no pasta
- no pizza
- no bread
- no chocolate
- no potato chips
- no sweets, etc
- and so on... -> if you buy stuff always look how much carbs teh things have and always go for teh lowest option
If you eat rice or fries as a sidedish only eat half of it or eat vegetables instead.
Another mistake alot of people make is to take too many carbs in with drinks:
- no juices
- only diet products, never normal coke, normal fanta, etc.
- during your cutting down as few alcohol as possible, best no alcohol at all and if alcohol do light beers or mix spirits with diet coke etc. or water, no cocktails, no wine, no champagne...

Another overrated thing in my opinion is fat. There are people advocating a lowfat diet but this will never ever get you to a 6pack unless you cut carbs down as well.

Also important is that if somebody brings cake or some bullshit to teh office bc it is his bday that you wish him a happy bday but once he offers you a piece of cake you tell him "go fuck yourself"

During teh 6 weeks i went heavy my plan was teh following:

- i had a protein shake for breakfast
- chicken or fish with small sidedish as lunch
- chicken or fish with small sidedish as dinner
- another protein shake after workouts
- nothing else
- i don't like meat so i don't eat it but meat, lamb, etc. is not bad either and you can mix up your diet a little...

While this might sound hard you will get used to it fairly quickly and even if you will be sometimes hungry in teh beginning you will not be after 2 weeks into teh program. You will litereally see and feel how you lose weight each single day.

Regarding training and cardio i went to teh gym one day and running teh next one, while going out with alcohol appr. once every 2weeks. I made basically no rest days during that time either.

The good news is once you reached your goal it is really hard to screw up and go back into old habbits. As being said i'm without cardio for moar than 3 months now and my body still stays like it is even though i go out appr. 2-3times a week with heavy drinking and even having a pizza once or twice a week. But remember that my overall nutrition is still sound and very low carb. I'm still going to teh gym 3-4times a week mostly dependant on how often and when i go out bc working out after a night of drinking is not easy.

Those 3 pictures are fairly actual pictures being without cardio and only maintaining with gym and nutrition:

Here's another one i made a time back which shows pretty much all teh way from teh beginning to teh first pack. First picture you see that i fall def. into teh ectomorph body category:

If there are questions or if i have missed some important points just post in teh comments and i will update teh post. I hope this post helps some people to achieve a better body/health/feeling/whatsoever and now i don't always have to write a novel again and again if somebody asks me what i do.

Maltese summer in full force

After moar and moar people bitching where teh new blog post is i figured it's time to update after a while...

Last month was fairly allright and there is not much to complain about making appr. 20k$ a month including rakeback these days:

However this month is a bit different so that i found myself down at least 25stacks after only 3 days into teh month and alot of it was on 400. Cannot tell how much money i went down during those 3 days but it was definitely moar than 5000$ which makes it one of my top5 worst swings all time at least. Wasn't too much happening besides getting dealt KK, QQ or AK vs. AA every 500 hands for 15k hands straight which is not optimal if you want to make some money. Even though i run decent getting it in all teh time wit 20% or less doesn't even work with my account. Pointless to say that if you run like this you get coolered left and right in other spots as well while getting assraped by fish who always make their draws as well. But complaining is pointless, variance is huge these days given teh aggressive nature of games and all you can do is grind through it. I'm still not running very good but teh worst part seems to be over that i'm convinced sooner or later i will write green numbers for this month. State of games was changing all teh time during teh last weeks mainly bc of different promotions i would assume. So during teh milestone promotions games were sick but during zoom or sng promotions they were fairly mediocre. Goal for teh next 2 weeks is too play alot and not to party moar than 2 times a week and see how i can finish. Beginning of august i'm off to germany and i have teh feeling i will not be able to work too much from there during those 8-9 days.

Regarding Malta life summer is in full force and i have different visitors each week. It all started of with 2 couchsurfer girls, then a former study mate arrived, straight after another guy from my Mannhighm connection was staying with me for 6 days and now 3 other kids are here and one of those celebrated his 30th bday on friday. They leave tomoro but pretty much teh next day an english chap will be moving into my 2nd bedroom. TimStone's bed and breakfast is basically booked out until end of august now with guests but what can u do :) Given all those visitors i still have teh feeling i was playing a very decent volume and most of them understand that i cannot (or better will not because in teh end i easily could) take 3 months off and just live out of my bankaccounts while not having any income...

My flat situation atm is kinda sucky as well. Paying alot of money for a nice flat but i have 2 construction sites now in buildings to my left and right. While i pretty much don't care about noise it's kinda annoying after a while to hear a jackhammer from 9 in teh morning til 5 in teh afternoon especially considering teh fact that i'm home most of teh time and i sleep til at least noon in general. Really thought about moving somewhere else and getting a penthouse instead but since teh moar i stay here teh sooner i want to get myself off teh island i decided to deal wit it like a man and stay until beginning october in my current flat and then piss off to Bali for at least 6 months. In future my plan is to cut down my time in Malta to max 3 months a year during peak season which basically means beginning june-end august. In teh end this decision has several reasons:
For once i'm not as satisfied here as i used to be mainly bc i have teh feeling i don't really move forward here anymoar. I know a shitload of people and at this point i feel i know at least 95% of people residing on teh island i need to know. So you rarely meet any new people, not really getting new ideas, new perspectives, new challenges and ultimatively you will end up being bored. Even though teh social circle you have here is quite amazing and not comparable to anything else in teh world probably it is always teh same parties, teh same people, teh same locations, and so on. After 5 years spending teh majority of my time here i feel it's time for some sort of (semi)-cut and just move teh fuck on.
Another point is that i'm just getting too fucking old. Malta is amazing in your early 20s, allright in your midtwenties but once you go destination 30 there are just places better suited for a single guy in that age in my opinion. Alotta times these days i just see myself standing in a club and asking myself what teh fuck i'm even doing here for example. Since i have teh opportunity to be able to go whereever teh fuck i want i feel moar and moar i should take advantage of that fact. In teh end don't get me wrong, i still have fun here, socialise alot, there are good parties but all my life i aimed for something moar than good and this will be not different this time. Another problem especially is that there is so much potential for good parties but it seems to be almost impossible here to get a good crowd...

At this point i already have one highstakes kid and two other guys confirmed for Bali so that we going to ball it up over there from october ongoing. Plan is to rent a massive 5-7bedroom villa in Seminyak and then living teh life there for 6 months and see where it takes me. My main goal is still Dubai but that is prolly not happening anytime soon at least for longterm. Guests in Bali are always moar than welcome btw, we should always have a spare bedroom or at least a couch.

Regarding fitness i'm still moar or less in good shape even though i still haven't done a single cardio session in Malta so far this year and am out alot lately. If i wouldn't eat pasta or pizza every now and then i still would continue to lose weight. Quite sick how your body works once you have him conditioned to your needs haha...

That's it for now, i hope i will be able to update a little bit sooner for next time but who knows. My plan was to update beginning of teh month but after teh downswing hit i wasn't really in teh mood to write any novels so i decided to wait.

In teh end teh usual drunk party pictures. Alot moar to come over teh next 6 weeks for sure until it gets a little bit quieter here...
